Brioney offers an empowering and restorative flow, allowing you to experiment with postures and advance your practice whilst remaining mindful and connected to the breath.
Born in Cambridge Brioney grew up in Hertfordshire, inspired by her beautiful surroundings Brioney took to art and produces lovely landscape paintings. Brioney attended many yoga classes from her early teens and always enjoyed the movement and expression.
Finding herself working in the Civil service, after obtaining her Psychology degree and Global Citizenship certification, Brioney found her expressive and artistic nature was calling out for more and was using Yoga to calm her mind through difficult times. She decided a way to help others would be to provide that same support for students and ended up qualifying her 200hr training in Bali (Why not!)
Brioney notices huge change in herself and others when practicing Yoga, and believes it gives us the tools we need to be kind to ourselves and others. Often using the theory and tradition of Yoga, Brioney will use this to guide her teaching to create a relaxing, playful environment for her students to practice. To be open, to explore and find themselves again amongst the madness of today’s society, and remind people we are more than the physical self.
Brioney’s classes stem from Ashtanga Vinyassa. She is keen to provide a space where students are empowered to know that each body is different and can adapt the posture, pace, rhythm, and breath to find the flow and still the mind. Brioney offers a range of asana to suit everyone whilst being in a safe place for exploration, creativity, and mindfulness.

Get ready to flow with Aminta, your local yoga teacher in Letchworth! With her fun and powerful classes, you'll not only feel the burn but also have a blast. Aminta also offers private yoga lessons and corporate yoga classes in her studio. Plus, she loves to mix things up with themed yoga classes, so come prepared to explore new poses and themes with her!
Meet Aminta, a vibrant and adventurous woman who crossed the pond over 10 years ago to chase her dreams of becoming a graphic designer at London College of Communications. Her creative flair has always shone through her work, and even in her digital marketing career, she continues to ignite her passion for design and all things creative.
But that's not all, folks! Aminta's got some serious moves on the yoga mat too. After sustaining an injury during one of her runs, she turned to yoga for strength and flexibility, and she's never looked back. Her love for running is still strong, and she's tackled everything from 10ks to marathons, and even the 3 peak challenge in Yorkshire. Oh, and let's not forget the time she attempted to run up Snowdonia (cue the laughter). But yoga has been a game-changer for her, keeping her injury-free and helping her grow more flexible, stronger, and fearless both on and off the mat.
Now, as a certified RYT 350hr yoga instructor, Aminta brings her fun and playful American spirit to every class. Get ready to move and giggle your way through each session as she encourages you to find peace within yourself and muscles you didn't even know existed. Aminta's classes focus on mobility, rather than just flexibility, and she creates new sequences each week with specific themes to inspire and challenge you. Don't worry if you're not a headstand pro, Aminta offers variations for every pose, reminding you that no one is on the same path, and it's all about self-discovery.
Prepare to have some fun and giggles while moving your body with her fun, playful, and distinctly American teaching style.
As a graduate of the RYT 200hr Yoga teacher training at Yoga London, Aminta is honored to guide her students in discovering peace within themselves and muscles they didn't even know existed! In Aminta's classes, there is no such thing as a perfect pose or a specific end goal. Whether you can do a headstand or not, there is always something to learn, which is why Aminta brings a mindset of self-discovery, challenge, fun, and awareness to each class.
Aminta focuses more on mobility in the body rather than flexibility, and every week she creates a new sequence with a specific theme to work on different areas of the body, emotions, and muscles. So, get ready to be kept on your toes as you explore mobility, strength, and flexibility! Aminta provides variations for each asana (pose) in every sequence, so if you're ever uncertain, feel free to ask her any questions during your practice. Remember, everyone's journey and body are different, so choose the options that work best for you and have fun!

Practicing yoga is finding comfort, a sense of loving kindness and the ability to be present…….the beauty is that this feeling is accessible to everyone! It is an absolute joy to guide others towards finding their inner light and true potential building mental and physical resilience in a safe space developing strength and confidence on and off the mat. Life’s challenges and tensions can be released and gently melt away when we dedicate the time to quieten our minds and connect with the power within our own uniquely astonishing bodies. Are you ready to reconnect with your innate strength?
Yoga has been a part of Claire's life for 18 years and has helped her truly connect with the physical and mental experience of living life in this universe. Life is an unknown journey and despite our best efforts to control our destiny there are subtle energies shifting and pulling us to exactly where we are supposed to be. It can be all too easy to forget we’re living on a big rock spinning in the cosmos influenced by the shifting of the sun, moon and stars. It is no wonder we don’t always feel energised! With all of this subtle movement and the stresses and demands of daily life our minds and bodies feel different every single day – for Claire Yoga has been her constant, helps her feel grounded and is always there to guide her mindfully towards a better mental and physical state of being through all the ups and downs. Claire has experienced how yoga has had a positive effect on her mental and physical health, when she move to a new town or city knowing absolutely no-one, she knew there is always a yoga community waiting to welcome her with open arms. Yoga has been a sense of home for her and she loves nothing more than discovering somewhere new, walking through fields, forests, beaches or urban green spaces with my travel mat under her arm and finding the perfect spot to practice sun salutations in nature.
Claire grew up beside the outstanding north coast of Northern Ireland and her love of rural spaces, white sandy beaches and laid back, simple living is forever ingrained in my roots. She can’t promise that the ‘Luck-of-the-Irish’ with rub off on you if you join her for a yoga class my hope is that when you roll up your mat afterwards your heart will feel lighter, your mind will feel brighter and you’ll have a twinkle in your eye that only you know is the ‘ah-ha’ moment where you realised during practice that everything you need has always been inside of you.
Claire’s classes take inspiration from Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga led yoga to creatively awaken the body in moving meditation connecting the mind, body and soul through awareness of the breath and freedom of self-discovery in playful movement and nurturing stillness. You will be encouraged to protect your body, mindfully work within your own range of movement and be offered optional challenges and rests throughout.
Claire’s aim is to celebrate the diversity of all individuals acting only as a guide to help develop inner strength, respect and appreciation for your own body and emotional state, bringing awareness to everything we are capable of in this moment. Claire has experienced how yoga has made her feel invincible against adversity and is honoured to share practice that aims to ignite energy within and restore balance. Expect Claire’s love of nature to shine through and weather permitting some outdoor practice with the sun on your face, earth beneath your feet and gentle warm balmy breeze enhancing your flow through re-energising asanas.

Roselle is a London based yoga teacher who specialises in teaching alignment focused group and private classes. She currently teaches online for islipairportcarrental and occasionally visits the studio to teach workshops.
Roselle moved to London several years ago to pursue a degree in Drama and during her first year at university she completed her 200hr teacher training (alongside Aminta!) She has since straddled being an actor, screenwriter and yoga teacher – enjoying all equally.
Like many others, Roselle started yoga for the mental health benefits. After a difficult few years in her late teens, she picked up a book on yoga whilst rummaging around her sister’s room and thought she would give it a try. She was soon hooked, quickly moving onto online classes and eventually driving an hour to her nearest studio in order to practice under the guidance of a teacher. Before finding the studio, her first in-person experience of yoga was a weekly Hatha class held in a squash court amongst some of the strongest and most flexible ladies she has ever met – all over 80 years old and encouraging her to pursue yoga as a lifelong practice. Although Roselle then trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa (a much faster and more flow-based practice) the alignment-focused nature of these first Hatha classes stayed with her. From this, she developed a love for helping and adjusting students in their postures to have the safest and most beneficial practice that they can achieve.
Roselle’s focus is always on alignment and enjoyment. She loves the challenge of ‘unlocking’ poses through good alignment and seeing students have that “aha!” moment. She tends to use very little Sanskrit or technical phrasing in class to ensure beginners don’t feel overwhelmed or intimidated during the practice – it is always kept nice and simple!
Whilst the focus is on alignment and you will find she has a few stricter rules for some poses, she is also a big believer in doing what is right for your specific body. She especially believes in not getting caught up in trying to push yourself into poses beyond your reach but creating space in which these poses may be unlocked eventually with careful practice. Her catchphrase is to always to remember that yoga is for healing not hurting!

The focus is on connecting with the breath and synchronising breath with physical movement to create a moving meditation. Based locally in Letchworth, Freddie looks to enthuse her students with awareness of the mind, body and soul. Each class is themed to create an uplifting experience for the individual student with time taken to focus on alignment and mobility of the joints. As an ex dancer Freddie has encountered various injuries in the past, so has a keen eye for “hugging” the joints and sending attention to those parts of our bodies that may be forgotten about within the pace of everyday life! Freddie invites you to reconnect to your most authentic self.
Freddie has a real interest in fitness, connection with nature and choosing a more conscious way of life. She believes the physical practice of yoga allows the teachings to ripple through her life and choices - this being something that is available to everyone making it such a powerful gift! Her practice, she reflects, has completely transformed her way of life, way of thinking (the little moments in between the big moments). For her it’s this humbling process that keeps her returning back to the mat, pushes her creativity, and allows the walls of self-judgement to be softened. Freddie loves to encourage all bodies onto the mat - starting herself 10 years ago as a way of recovery, not realising the more subtle benefits from the energetic body until a consistent practice came to her a few years later. Yoga is super for building your strength and flexibility in the body (and mind!) so starting with this intention is great!
Freddie is 350h RYS trained. Starting her 200h journey predominantly in vinyasa with yogahaven. She has since trained under Katy Appleton in pre and post natal yoga (with baby yoga and baby massage to complement). Yin yoga has been a learning curve for Freddie - who’s first love was a fiery vinyasa- but since undergoing Norman Blair’s training, sings it benefits and wouldn’t be without it these days! Describing her teaching style as: fluid, playful and always evolving!
“What a total joy to get to share the magic of yoga - to step back and focus on how grateful I am to get to do this - learning from other teachers, and my students! For me this journey is never complete, there’s always more the heart strives for, more for the mind to feed on!”
She wishes to encourage within her classes using the breath along with movement, cultivating a greater awareness and intimacy with yourself. “This is an intuitive place we can all access – it’s within our bodies and it teaches us in these moments to trust. This can feel vulnerable and unknown, practise makes this a safe space.”
Qualifications:

RYS 96h pre/postnatal yoga (baby yoga and baby massage) appleyoga
